What's in the bag

- Packed in airtight, light-blocking bags so it arrives as green as it left the mill
- Enough for roughly 20–30 servings per bag, whether you whisk it straight or build lattes
Why we started selling it
Every event ends the same way: someone finishes their strawberry cloud matcha, walks back to the cart, and asks where they can buy the powder. For a long time the honest answer was “Japan.” Now it's “right here.” We source in small batches for the cart anyway, so we set aside part of each order for take-home bags.

Yes, identical. We portion take-home bags from the same small-batch ceremonial matcha order we use at the cart.
